Job Description


Flexible working hours

  • Work five days a week

  • Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (half day)

  • Saturday all day

  • immediately available are preferred Those who can go to work immediately are preferred



  • Responsible for the daily operation of the school

  • Build good connection with the parents and student 

  • Maintain good communication with parents/clients

  • Reply to enquiries about courses

  • Work content administration routines

  • Take attendance


Entry requirements

  • DSE/CE or above

  • Can speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin (Able to speak Japanese is preferred)

  • Able to read and write Chinese and English

  • Two years or more experience in customer service reception is preferred

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, courteous, and responsible

  • Understand the operation of Google Office

  • 負責院校日常運作

  • 接待家長

  • 與家長/客戶保持良好溝通

  • 回覆有關課程的查詢

  • 工作內容包括文書處理

  • 學校地點:銅鑼灣

  • 安排學生上課及維持秩序

  • 其他行政工作



  • DSE/會考或以上程度

  • 能說流利廣東話及普通話(能夠說日文優先)

  • 懂得讀及書寫中文及英文

  • 具有兩年或以上客戶服務接待的經驗優先考慮

  • 積極主動,熱誠有禮,富責任感

  • 懂 Google Office操作
